AI Safety Operator / Vehicle Safety Operator

Pay: $22.40–$24.64/hour, depending on applicable shift differential.

Schedule options you provided:

• Friday–Monday: Day 6:00 AM–5:00 PM | Afternoon 2:00 PM–1:00 AM | Night 10:00 PM–9:00 AM
• Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday: Day 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Afternoon 2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–1:00 AM | Night 12:00 AM–9:00 AM
• Start/end times can have some flexibility depending on assignment.
• You also noted a 10% evening differential and 15% weekend differential for Friday–Sunday.

Position overview: The operator supports prototype/AI vehicle testing by driving for extended periods, following designated routes and procedures, maintaining a strong safety focus, and providing accurate observations/feedback related to vehicle performance and testing.

Key requirements: Valid Texas driver's license, at least 3 years of driving history, good driving record, comfortable driving and sitting in a vehicle for extended periods, able to communicate effectively in English, and comfortable following detailed safety/testing procedures.
