Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an orthopedic unit with telemetry monitoring capabilities
• Float between multiple facility locations as needed to meet staffing demands
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification required
• Telemetry monitoring experience
• Ability and willingness to float between multiple care sites

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an orthopedic nursing setting
• Experience in a float pool or multi-site staffing environment
• Strong adaptability and communication skills across care teams
