Travel RN – MedSurg/Telemetry (Night Shift)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: August 10, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 36-bed MedSurg/Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
• Assist with and support procedures including heart catheterizations performed on the unit
• Operate unit equipment including EKG machines, DynaMaps, bladder scanners, vein finders, and telemetry monitors
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Float to other MedSurg/Telemetry floors as needed and adhere to unit dress code (ceil blue scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of MedSurg/Telemetry experience
• Hands-on experience with Meditech EMR
• Current ACLS certification (required prior to submission)
• Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility to qualify as a travel placement
• Availability to work every other weekend or two full weekends per month
