Travel RN – MedSurg/Telemetry (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: August 10, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 36-bed MedSurg/Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Utilize unit equipment including EKG machines, DynaMaps, bladder scanners, vein finders, and telemetry monitors
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Assist with procedures performed on the unit, including heart catheterizations
• Float to all MedSurg/Telemetry floors as needed; expected to work every other weekend or two full weekends per month

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS certification required prior to submission
• Minimum 1 year of MedSurg/Telemetry experience
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
