Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using the facility's EMR system
• Adhere to facility dress code, policies, and unit-specific protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Compact or Alabama RN License in good standing (no NURSYS hits)
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Travel candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR system
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
