Travel RN – Medical/Surgical (Weekend Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during weekend night shifts
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Tennessee or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new care environments
