Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 24/7 emergency department setting
• Assess and triage patients presenting with a wide range of conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening trauma
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists in cardiac, neuroscience, radiology, anesthesiology, and surgery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Adhere to facility attendance and scheduling policies to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience required
• Active Michigan RN license required; license verification through LARA and Nursys is required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Current TNCC certification required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• RN skills checklist completed within the past year required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with high-volume emergency department environments and specialty support services
