Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (Variable Start: 7:00 or 8:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Interventional Radiology and Special Procedures setting
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation during diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Assist with diagnostic imaging and IR procedures, including pacemaker interrogation
• Deliver care to adult acute care patients in accordance with established clinical protocols
• Float to other affiliated facilities as needed, provided requisite job specifications are met
• Complete all required non-billable orientation modules prior to and during assignment as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Prior experience in Radiology and Adult Acute Care settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in ICU, Emergency Department, PACU, or a procedural area
• Radiology Imaging Nursing Certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Experience in a teaching hospital environment
