Registered Nurse – IMC / PCU / Stepdown

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 21-bed IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for Post-Cath Lab patients as part of routine unit responsibilities
• Float to Med/Surg as needed based on unit demands
• Float to ICU for PCU patient status coverage as needed
• Adhere to every-other-weekend scheduling requirements as needed
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications including BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS

Required Qualifications

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PCU and/or Telemetry experience required
• Experience with Post-Cath Lab patients required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between multiple units including Med/Surg and ICU settings
• Familiarity with stepdown or intermediate care unit workflows
