Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my loved one in their 80s. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
