Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a caregiver that can watch my child starting around 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. to around lunch time. I am currently in the process of getting a second over night job. My schedule will vary from week to week. My daughter is shy at first but once she gets to know you she warms up. We have a little screen time but very minimal. She is scared of dogs. She takes a nap around 11-12pm
