Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
