Nanny Needed

I have 2 kids one is 11 years old and the other is 6 years old. I just need someone to get the youngest off the bus which comes right to the house and/or pick them up from school on certain days. The oldest will be dropped off by the bus. I am looking for someone to make sure my kids make it home safe, prepare a light snack, help them with homework, and watch them until I get off of work. At times I may need help with dropping the kids off at school in the morning. It honestly depends on my work schedule and will talk further about it later.
