\nRole Description The Adolescent Direct Care Associate is a part-time or full-time, on-site role located in Du Bois, PA. This role supports adolescents in a residential setting through consistent supervision, positive role modeling, and daily guidance. Typical responsibilities include monitoring resident activities, assisting with routines such as meals, study time, and recreation, and enforcing program rules and safety protocols. The associate will help facilitate group activities, provide emotional support, document observations and incidents, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized environment, responding calmly to crises or conflicts, and participating in ongoing training to support high-quality care.

- Prior experience working with adolescents or in residential, behavioral health, or social services settings is preferred. \n
- Ability to pass background checks and meet all licensing or regulatory requirements applicable to youth services roles. \n
