Prep & Dishwasher - Now Hiring

Kenny & Ziggy's Cakeworks is a wholesale bakery serving the Houston metropolitan area for over 7 years.  We bake for many high end restaurants.  We are seeking Prep Assistant/Dishwasher to join our family.

Duties include but not limited to:

-Primarily responsible for keeping baking items and utensils clean and ready for fresh baking batches.

-Assisting in prep as needed for both the bakers as well as the decorators. Duties here could range from juicing to slicing fresh fruit, cracking eggs, helping start whipped cream icing batches, etc. 

-Assisting in stocking inventory as soon as possible into both refrigerated and non-refrigerated areas upon arrival to the bakery.

-Duties will include garbage removal to dumpster, some sweeping/moping, assisting in cleaning floor mats and other custodial type jobs in order to keep the upmost cleanliness.

Hours:

Hours are from Monday - Friday. No weekends. 7am - 2pm Monday - Thursday and Fridays are typically 7am - Noon. Perfect for anyone that needs late afternoons or nights for school, second jobs, and family life.

Spanish speaking is really a must. Experience in a bakery would be a preference, but restaurant experience would be acceptable.
