HVAC Service Technician – $28–$40/hr. + Company Van

Pay: $28.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Holbrook Heating Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Albany/Capital Region team.

  What You'll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• Complete HVAC repairs accurately and efficiently
• Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
• Communicate system conditions and repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized company service van
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
• Provide professional and courteous customer service

What We're Looking For

• Previous HVAC service and maintenance experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
• Experience working with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
