Retail Sales Associate

Job Description - Work as a team of 3-5 people to serve local families.  We buy and sell kids items - clothing, shoes, toys, and baby gear.  Work overview - sort, buy, price, and display items.  Also, help customers and operate register for check out.

Open Positions - We have multiple available positions.  We are hiring primarily for evening and weekend shifts.

Job Requirements - Physical

• Able to stand and walk during work shifts
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to operate a computer terminal
• Bending, rotating, and reaching typical of a retail environment

Job Responsibilities

• Kind and helpful customer support
• Learn product details and safety requirements
• Sort and buy products according to standards
• Labeling and merchandising product
• Enter items into the Point of Sale system
• Meet goals for productivity and customer support
• Marketing products on social media

Required qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs
