Shift Leader And Manager Positions

Shift Leader - Lead and work with a team of 3-5 people

Manager - Lead and work with a team of 15 people.

Job Description

We buy and sell kids items - clothing, shoes, toys, and baby gear.  You would lead the team to serve local families.  Other Tasks - Sort and buy items, price and display items, and open and close registers for the day.  Help hire, train, lead, and work along side the team to complete these tasks.

Job Requirements

You would need to work 30-40 hours per week.  Pay rate is based on position, experience and qualifications.  We have multiple positions and are hiring for day time, evening and weekend positions.  Some evening and weekend shifts are required.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: weekends
