Flagger

We are currently seeking dependable workers for a Flagging position in Castle Rock. This is a roadside traffic control role requiring attentiveness, reliability, and the ability to work safely in outdoor conditions.

Job Duties:

• Direct and control traffic in active roadway construction zones
• Ensure the safety of drivers, pedestrians, and construction crews
• Communicate clearly with team members using proper hand signals and radio (if provided)
• Set up, move, and maintain traffic control signage as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and site supervisor instructions at all times

Requirements:

• Full PPE required (including high-visibility safety gear)
• Must have flagging paddle
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
• Reliable transportation to job site
• Must be punctual and dependable

• Location: Castle Rock, CO
• Schedule: Ongoing project shifts (call for available times)
• Work Environment: Outdoor roadside construction/traffic control
