Job Description

Low T Center is growing, and we're looking for a provider who wants to grow with us.

Do you enjoy connecting with patients, building genuine relationships, and making a difference in their health and wellness journey?

Are you energetic, approachable, confident, and someone who can make patients feel comfortable the moment they walk through the door?

If you enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and want to be part of a growing company focused on helping people look, feel, and live better, we'd love to hear from you.

At Low T Center, we're focused on delivering personalized hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services in a welcoming, patient-focused clinic environment.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team where personality, communication, teamwork, and patient connection matter just as much as clinical experience.

What You'll Do

Our providers work closely with the Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver personalized care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and wellness services.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services
  • Support patients with weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness-focused needs
  • Educate patients about their health and treatment options
  • Explain medical information in a way patients can easily understand
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to provide an exceptional patient experience
  • Use technology and clinical tools to support efficient patient care
  • Bring your personality, energy, and clinical expertise to the team every day
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for great providers who are great with people.

Clinical knowledge matters, but so does the way you connect with your patients and your team.

You may be a great fit if you are:

  • Friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to
  • Confident in your clinical decision-making
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator
  • Patient-focused and genuinely enjoy helping people
  • Someone who can build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable explaining medical information in everyday language
  • Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change
  • Technologically savvy
  • Positive, dependable, and accountable
  • Someone who brings energy and professionalism to the workplace

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We're looking for the right combination of clinical foundation, personality, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
  • Current DEA license — required
  • Ability to complete 10 consecutive training days, Monday through Friday, following clinical hours
  • Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build lasting patient relationships
  • Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly
  • Strong teamwork and patient-first mindset
Paid Training

We'll help set you up for success.

All new providers receive two full weeks of paid training designed to provide the knowledge, tools, and support needed to become confident in the role.

Our clinics are open on Saturdays, and providers are required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.

In months with five Saturdays, providers are required to work three Saturdays.
