This isn't a short-term fill-in. It's a full year of steady work on an active build, and we need a Safety Manager who can hold the line on drywall, framing, and carpentry scopes from day one without a learning curve.

???? $50-$53/hr (1099 contract)
???? Mon-Fri, 0600-1430, 40 hrs/week

THE PROJECT
Active construction site running drywall, framing, and carpentry trades. Fast pace, multiple crews, zero tolerance for shortcuts.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
✅ Full site safety authority across all trades on-site
✅ Daily inspections, audits, JHA/AHA reviews
✅ Toolbox talks, orientations, and hands-on training
✅ Incident investigations, root cause, corrective action
✅ A safety culture crews respect, not one they tolerate

WHAT YOU BRING
???? OSHA 510 (required, non-negotiable)
???? 5+ years construction safety experience, framing/drywall/carpentry background a strong plus
???? The presence to walk a site and get buy-in from every trade lead
???? First Aid/CPR current

We're looking for someone who's done this before and knows what a well-run site actually looks like. If that's you, this is a full year of consistent, well-paid work.
