In this role, you will help provide engaging recreational and social activities that promote connection, participation, and quality of life for our residents.What You'll DoAssist with planning and leading daily activities and programsEncourage residents to participate and create an inclusive, welcoming environmentProvide hands-on support during scheduled activitiesHelp prepare activity areas and clean up after programsDocument resident participation and attendanceWork closely with the Activities Director and other team members to support resident well-beingWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience working with seniors or patients preferredWarm, friendly, and compassionate personalityStrong communication and teamwork skillsDependable and organizedEnthusiastic about engaging with residents and creating meaningful experiencesIf you enjoy connecting with people and helping create enjoyable, meaningful days for others, we would love to have you join our team.Full-Time | $17.00-$18.00 per hour
