Compensation & Schedule

???? Pay Rate: Safety Lead: $60/hr | Safety Coordinator: $56/hr
???? Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
???? Completion Bonus: $150/month
???? Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: 60+ Hours Per Week | 6 Days Per Week (10-Hour Shifts)
???? Additional Schedule Details: Potential for 7 Days Per Week and 12-Hour Shifts during peak construction activities. Candidates must be able to support day and night shift operations as project demands require.

The Construction Safety Manager will maintain a strong field presence while working directly with craft personnel, subcontractors, supervision, and project leadership to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe execution of heavy civil and mission-critical construction activities.

Required Qualifications

✔ BCSP Certification Required (CHST, ASP, CSP, or Equivalent)
✔ Safety Lead Position: Minimum 7+ Years of Construction Safety Experience ($60/hr)
✔ Safety Coordinator Position: Minimum 3+ Years of Construction Safety Experience ($56/hr)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide daily field safety oversight for data center construction activities
  • Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
  • Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
  • Monitor trenching, excavation, underground utility installation, concrete placement, and electrical construction activities
  • Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
  • Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
  • Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
  • Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
  • Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
  • Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
  • Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
