Job Description: We are seeking a highly visible, proactive Executive Assistant to support an executive. This role acts as a vital partner, requiring exceptional organization, executive presence, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing complex calendars, travel, projects, and highly confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex scheduling and calendar requirements, effectively resolving conflicts and prioritizing executive time.
- Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel itineraries, including handling last-minute changes.
- Draft professional executive communications and manage the flow of sensitive information.
- Oversee special projects and organize critical documentation with high attention to detail.
- Anticipate executive needs and exercise sound judgment when handling confidential or time-sensitive matters independently.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong background in professional services environments (e.g., hedge funds, private equity, banking, legal, or consulting).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Outlook.
- Demonstrated executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an onsite, collaborative team setting.
