What You'll Do

• Support the monthly and quarterly close process, helping ensure our books are accurate and on time
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, spotting discrepancies before they become problems
• Draft journal entries and maintain clean, organized supporting documentation
• Team up with departments across the business to keep financial reporting on track
• Help manage recurring accrual processes with accuracy and consistency
• Pitch in on internal control processes, learning the fundamentals of financial compliance
• Support audit season by preparing documentation and responding to requests
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred
• 1-3 years of accounting experience in real estate or financial services; public accounting preferred
