OverviewWe are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in North Adams, Massachusetts. This is a critical-need full-time opportunity at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) for a clinician who wants to make a meaningful difference while enjoying flexibility around their schedule.
The position offers approximately 35 hours per week, with the center open to discussing different weekday and weekend scheduling arrangements with the right candidate.

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals
Provide skilled speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, dietary, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies
Communicate patient progress and recommendations to the care team
Promote patient safety, independence, communication, and quality of life
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure
ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to discuss flexible scheduling arrangements
