Assembly-Rigid Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble components to create packaging interiors according to customer specifications.
• Maintain high quality standards while following all safety procedures and company policies.
• Safely and properly operate hand tools and equipment required for assembly tasks.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Ability to safely use a variety of hand tools.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours per shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
