Occupational Therapist (OT)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 40 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient setting to restore or improve functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Arizona (or compact eligibility)
- NBCOT certification required
- Experience working in an inpatient or acute care setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with inpatient rehabilitation protocols and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Strong documentation and time management skills
