Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
- Deliver specialized rehabilitation for diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, trauma, and amputation
- Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment including Synaptic, TechnoBody, InMotion, Ekso Skeleton, and Real VR System as part of individualized treatment plans
- Manage a caseload with a patient-to-therapist ratio of 6:1 across a patient population aged 14 and older
- Collaborate as part of a team-oriented interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life
- Active Montana Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of physical therapy experience
- Ability to work day shift including one weekend per month
- 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
- Experience treating stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputees, and orthopedic conditions such as hip, knee, ankle fractures, pelvis injuries, and laminectomy
- Team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Work in a state-of-the-art 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility equipped with cutting-edge technology dedicated to patient recovery and outcomes
