Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized patient treatment programs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Float between assigned worksites as needed during scheduled shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability and willingness to float to additional worksites as required
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
- Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SNF clinical workflows and interdisciplinary team environments
- Guaranteed hours offered with this contract assignment, providing schedule stability
- Drive time and mileage reimbursement provided when travel between worksites is required during the shift
