Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat approximately 8–12 patients per day across outpatient orthopedic and inpatient acute care settings
- Provide 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions with blocked time allocated for inpatient evaluations and documentation
- Treat a caseload consisting primarily of orthopedic patients including post-joint replacement, pain management, back conditions, post-fall recovery, post-neurological cases, and some sports-related injuries
- Utilize warm water therapy pool as part of treatment planning where appropriate
- Collaborate with a team including PTAs and supervising clinicians to deliver coordinated patient care
- Participate in occasional, infrequent weekend on-call coverage as needed
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- BLS certification required
- Must be available and present in-state for the full first week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely
- Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver's license must be submitted
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Familiarity with neurological patient populations
- Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Work in a well-supported therapy department with a collaborative team including PTAs and experienced supervisory staff
- Access to a warm water therapy pool, offering a unique and effective treatment modality for patients
