Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech-language pathology services within a 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
  • Evaluate and treat patients aged 14 and older presenting with neurological, orthopedic, spinal cord, and trauma diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, amputation, and fractures
  • Deliver individualized, intensive rehabilitation tailored to each patient's recovery goals and functional needs
  • Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment including Synaptic, TechnoBody, InMotion, Ekso Skeleton, and Real VR System
  • Collaborate as part of a team-oriented interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient recovery across the continuum of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • Active Montana SLP licensure required
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with adult and adolescent patient populations (14 years and older)
  • Ability to work day shifts including one weekend per month
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience treating common diagnoses such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic conditions including hip, knee, ankle fractures, and laminectomy
  • Team-oriented personality with strong communication and collaborative skills
