Key Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services across both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Experience working in outpatient and/or inpatient clinical settings
- Experience in a mixed outpatient and inpatient environment
- Strong skills in dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Ability to adapt quickly to varied patient populations and clinical workflows
