About this job

I need a driver on September 30th too take me o and from outpatient eye surgery. Surgery time has not been assigned yet. You must wait on site during my procedure and then drive me home. There is no overnight requirement. On the next day, October 1st, I need you to drive me to a from the outpatient followup appointment. This one is already sechduled for 9:30 a.m. This will likely take your assignment to about 12:00 noon. About the care needs: Drivers license. Services needed include: transportation.
