Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service and sales appointments.
• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using approved email, phone, and chat scripts.
• Provide customers with initial information and connect them with the appropriate dealership department or team member.
• Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointment or who missed a scheduled appointment.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and dealership management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the dealership CRM system.
• Meet appointment-setting and customer response goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

 

• Hours of operation are 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM, with varying shifts and a rotating Saturday schedule.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
