Restaurant Dishwasher - Am Shift

We're searching for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the efficient operation of our busy kitchen as our next dishwasher. We require a dependable person who can jump in and assist with a range of kitchen activities. You will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine in addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers. $15.16 - $15.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems
• Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine
• Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed
• Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher
• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
• In good physical condition with excellent health
