Position Overview

As a Med/Surg Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

  • Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient response to treatment

  • Provide patient and family education

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

  • Follow hospital safety, infection-control, and quality standards

Qualifications
  • Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license

  • Current BLS certification

  • 2 Years of RN experience

  • Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
