Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license
Master’s degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
General Physical Therapy and orthopedic experience
Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, mobility training, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
Experience treating a wide variety of conditions and age groups
Neuro rehabilitation experience preferred
Epic experience preferred
Ability to independently manage a busy outpatient caseload and complete tasks efficiently
Strong documentation, communication, adaptability, and time-management skills
