CDL Regional-Top Miles & Pay

How do you like to run? Duncan and Son Lines has been around over years and that is what we ask our drivers here. We run mainly from Phoenix to Long Beach and back so you can be home every other night with a 34 hour restart every weekend. Don't want to go home in between each turn, no problem. If we have the freight volume, and we normally do, run your clock (legally) and finish your 3 turns to enjoy a longer weekend. We also have runs to Texas, but these are not force dispatched.

• The round trip from Phoenix to Long Beach is 780 miles minimum x 3 trips = 2,340 miles weekly
  .53 to 55 CPM base, DOE
• .10 CPM Monthly Bonus - All you have to do to get the bonus is reach 9,000 miles in the month
• Live Load = $25 as just for bumping the dock
• 100% No Touch Freight
• Port Pay = $25 Per Container in, $25 Per Container out. That is $50 on top of your base pay every turn!
• $50 for every hazmat load. Hazmat endorsements are not required, but if you want them, we will train and pay for you to get them.
• Pay Day Every Friday

Wage Range: 1400.00 - 2500.00 per week

General Description of Benefits: Our base pay, accessorial pay, plus monthly performance bonus will very easily put a well qualified driver close to 90K the first year! Requirements:

• Must be 24 years of age
• 2 years verifiable Class A driving experience
• No felony convictions in last 7 years, must be able to qualify for a TWIC card
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 12 months
• No DUI/DWI or Reckless driving violations in the last 7 years
• No more than one preventable accident (DOT recordables subject to review)
• Must be able to pass a physical ability test and DOT physical
• Must be able to read and communicate in English to understand company policies and local, state and federal regulations
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug tests, including a hair analysis
