Client Relationship Specialist (Financial Services)

Pittsburgh area investment services firm is in need of a Client Relationship Specialist.

Responsibilities to include:

• Responding to and completing client service requests
• Completing forms for account opening and administration
• Scheduling and preparing materials for client and prospect meetings
• Prepare documentation of meeting outcomes in database
• Assist in implementing charitable giving and gifting strategies
• Assist in preparing firm’s quarterly reporting processes
• A variety of related administrative support duties

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience related to investment advisory business to include the fundamentals of investment taxation and compliance principles
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Desire to be part of a client service focused, in-office culture
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with industry reporting and client service platforms as well as CRM software
• Proficient MSOffice skills
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Series 65 license is a plus
