Senior IT Specialist

The Senior IT Specialist plays a critical role within a large IT team of over 16 members, focusing on the management and enhancement of enterprise-level IT infrastructure. This role involves leading system upgrades, network security improvements, and infrastructure scaling initiatives while providing expert support and training to users. The specialist collaborates across departments to ensure seamless technology operations and occasional travel may be required to support projects or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security
• Administer and optimize systems for performance and uptime
• Oversee security management to protect organizational assets
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and staff
• Coordinate software deployment and update strategies
• Monitor system and network performance, identifying and resolving issues
