Lead Maintenance Technician – Multifamily

We are looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community team. The ideal candidate has strong multifamily maintenance experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and assist with team coordination.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general apartment maintenance issues.
• Complete resident work orders and apartment make-ready turns.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Assist with training and mentoring maintenance team members.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept community.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience required.
• Strong HVAC and general maintenance knowledge.
• Previous Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to communicate well with residents and the property team.
