Job Description
Our nuclear energy client is hiring a Project Coordinator to support their team in Schenectady, NY!!
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams, attending daily meetings to help define and document scopes by reviewing inspection reports.
- Analyze industrial unit damage photos, along with building detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documentation using tools like Smartsheet and internal service request systems.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience working across multiple systems/tools including Smartsheet and Salesforce
- 3+ years' experience managing invoices, handling industrial construction budgets, and cost tracking projects
- Exposure to Scope of Work (SOW) creation or technical documentation
