Compensation & Benefits (The BMJV Promise)

• Guaranteed Wage: $17.00/hour minimum effective wage.
• High Earning Potential: Top stylists earn $30.00+/hour with credit card tips (not including cash tips).
• Supplies Provided: Full supplies are provided by the salon. You only need to bring your clippers, trimmers, and shears.

Role Requirements

• Licensing: Valid Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (per state/provincial regulations).
