Maintenance Associate

Job Summary A Bakery Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimal performance of industrial bakery machinery and equipment (such as commercial mixers, dough kneaders, ovens, conveyors, and packaging lines). Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on specialized industrial baking machinery. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in factory equipment. Repair or replace defective machine parts, gears, motors, and bearings. Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and OSHA industrial safety standards. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
