Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation services for individuals. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring students arrive safely to and from school while maintaining a positive, supportive, and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately.
• Report incidents, accidents, safety concerns, or vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
• Door-to-Door Assistance: Physically assist individuals from their homes into the vehicle and safely into their medical destination.
• Can clean his own Van

Qualifications

• Valid California Class C Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass background checks and other required screenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility aids like wheelchairs.
• Okay with a split shift set up (6:45am to 10:45am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial driving experience.
• CDL license is a plus but not required.
• Customer service experience.
