What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to day operations of a clinical interdisciplinary team

• Ensure quality and appropriate care delivery and staffing

• Act as liaison to resolve patient care issues and communicate with physicians

• Supervise, mentor, and train clinical staff in collaboration with other leaders

• Support clinical program oversight and ensure compliance with agency goals

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing or therapy program; must be a licensed Registered Nurse, RN, Physical Therapist, PT, Occupational Therapist, OT, or Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist, SLP.

• 1+ year of Medicare Home Health experience required; Experienced field Home Health RN, PT, OT, or SLP encouraged to apply!

• Strong judgement, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals
