Industrial Maintenance Technician – Tucson, AZ
Shifts:
2nd Shift | 1:00 pm–9:30 pm (Mon–Fri, some Saturdays)
Type: Temp-to-Hire (90-day conversion path)
Overview
Seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a busy manufacturing facility. This role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining CNC and automated equipment, including Amada punch presses, press brakes, and cutting systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Maintain CNC machines (Amada) and automated systems
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and minimize downtime
Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical and/or mechanical)
- Experience with production or manufacturing equipment
- Basic PLC or controls knowledge
Preferred
- Experience with Amada, CNC, or similar equipment
- Hydraulics/pneumatics or welding experience
