What you’ll do

• Transaction processing: Perform and monitor high-volume domestic and foreign wire transfers, ACH, and security transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Executive member service: Act as the main point of contact for member CEOs and CFOs via phone and email, handling inquiries about wires, letters of credit, and capital stock trades.
• Account & cash management: Monitor Federal Reserve account balances throughout the day and manage end-of-day cash positions with Treasury.
• Compliance & security: Process audit confirmation requests, validate OFAC/BSA/AML requirements, and monitor for potential fraud or errors.
• Cross-department collaboration: Communicate regularly with internal legal, sales, audit, and member service teams to resolve account issues.

What you need

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in banking or financial services (previous teller, credit union, or personal banking experience preferred; open to motivated new graduates).
• Technical skills: Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Core competencies: Extreme attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to follow strict procedural guidelines.
• Communication: Excellent phone and written communication skills tailored for C-suite interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure to SQL, Power BI, or Power Automate.
• Familiarity with safekeeping, letters of credit, or credit union operations.
