Job Description
Talento Search Group has an opening for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Norfolk, Virginia area. This is a direct-hire, 1st shift position and the pay range is $25 - $30 per hour (may be flexible), depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- PM maintenance on facility and material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot/repair of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gears, chain driven, PLC troubleshooting, and refrigeration systems
- Ability read electrical schematics
- Ensure safety and product standards adherence
- Troubleshoot / repair various types of material handling equipment
Experience Needed:
- At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a logistics/warehouse or food manufacturing environment
- Good working knowledge mechanically and electrically
- Experience with forklift operations and general repair
- Experience with ammonia & freon refrigeration systems a plus
