About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry Level Account Sales Representative to develop and grow business relationships with commercial customers. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and provide customized telecommunications solutions that help businesses improve connectivity, communication, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Manage an assigned territory and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to identify their telecommunications needs.
• Engage with customers to complete sales.
• Present and recommend internet, voice, mobility, and technology solutions.
• Prepare proposals and close new business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention and identify upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
• Stay current on telecommunications products, services, and industry trends.
